There are just a few things we have not done and we find a solution either for each individual company that want to taccle greater China, or we start up a consortium with several parties having a stronger position as a whole adapting to each other. We know well that purely consulting on fee basis does not work well in most Asian countries and the same goes for most of the time for Dutch companies. Our role is to make it happen and get the required results: we are entrepreneurs and not billing consultants only helping to solve financial, cultural, legal communication problems.
Many examples can be given where we work and have worked with:
Governments - security equipment & technology, training, protection against financial damage and fraud, personalised security, passport security, sustainable solutions and renewable energy;
Banks - anti forging, banknote and ID equipment, technology and training;
Private industries - waste management, soil protection, industrial safety, land management, agricultural and food/fish markets, (out)sourcing and various forms of project management, commercial planning in renewable energy, etc.
